The four guys from Hesse share one passion: the music of their heroes from the ’70s and ’80s. It’s no surprise that their songs are full of references to rock legends like Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith, or Lynyrd Skynyrd.
But reducing the band to that alone wouldn’t do them justice. AIRSTRIKE is fresh, alive, and full of energy. Anyone who’s had the pleasure of seeing the four Hessians in action quickly realizes they have an entire venue at their feet in no time. It’s hardly surprising that they already thrilled thousands of fans across Europe last year as the support act for Doro, Kissin’ Dynamite followed by another Europe and a UK tour with their friends from Massive Wagons in April to June 2025 as well as another EU run supporting Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons on their “50 years of Motörhead” tour by the end of 2025.

In autumn 2024, they released their second studio album, “S*x Sells”, which, with its provocative title alone, strikes a clever balance between lived reality and cliché, without ever taking itself too seriously.
The 12 tracks range from high-energy rock anthems to heartfelt ballads. Especially in the solo piano piece “Amiga Mia”, the full talent and emotional depth of singer Julio Noriega truly shines. His voice and personality are one of a kind, and at times, you may find yourself reminded of the legends of old when the magic of the greats seems to manifest in him. Nothing about it feels forced, everything flows naturally from his character. Julio Noriega is simply magical!
